Specialized production
Corporate Event Production in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
What we do
Breasia Productions is a full-service event production company working across Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. We handle the technical side of corporate events end to end — audio, lighting, video, LED, staging, presentation management and live streaming — with our own crew, our own inventory and one production manager accountable for the whole build.
Corporate meeting AV services, run by one team
Most corporate meetings fail technically for the same reasons: a room whose power and ceiling height were never verified, presenter decks that arrive the morning of the show, and three vendors each responsible for one third of the outcome. We remove that by owning the entire technical package — sound reinforcement, stage and ambient lighting, projection or LED, camera work, playback, and the presenter workflow that gets slides and video onto the screen at the right moment.
For a single-room meeting that means clean speech intelligibility, a screen your back row can actually read, and a technician who has already rehearsed the transitions. For a multi-room summit it means a consistent look across every breakout, one point of contact for the venue, and a schedule that holds when a session runs long.
Product launches and brand moments
Product launch event production in Washington, D.C. and Maryland puts a different demand on the technical package: the reveal has to land, and it has to look right on camera for everything you publish afterward. We build launches around the moment — LED or projection for the hero visual, lighting that separates the product from the room, timecoded playback so audio, video and lighting hit together, and multi-camera capture with a clean program feed for social and press use.
Where we work
Our crew, trucks and inventory stage from Maryland, which covers Baltimore, Columbia, Silver Spring, Bethesda, Rockville, Annapolis and Prince George's County, plus National Harbor, downtown D.C., Arlington, Alexandria and Tysons. Local basing means real site visits before the show date and no out-of-market travel charges on a regional event.
What comes with it
Audio
Line array or point-source PA, wireless mics, IEMs, comms and a dedicated A1 for anything with a panel or Q&A.
Lighting
Stage wash, key lighting built for camera, uplighting and gobo branding, controlled from a real console.
Video and LED
LED walls, projection, switching, playback and confidence monitors, with our own panels and processing.
Staging and scenic
Decking, risers, skirting, podium and set pieces sized to the room and its sightlines.
Show calling
A production manager and show caller running cue-to-cue rehearsal and the live show.
Streaming and capture
Multi-camera recording plus a live stream to Zoom, Teams, YouTube or a custom RTMP destination.
Common questions
- What does a corporate event production company actually handle?
- Everything technical between the empty room and the finished show: site survey, technical design and drawings, equipment, crew, load-in and build, rehearsal, running the live show, and strike. We also coordinate directly with the venue on dock times, certificates of insurance, rigging approval and in-house AV requirements so your team is not chasing it.
- How much does corporate event production cost in Maryland or D.C.?
- It depends on room size, day count and scope. A single-room meeting with sound, projection and a technician sits at the low end; a multi-day conference with an LED wall, stage lighting, multi-camera video and a live stream sits well above it. Send your venue, dates and headcount and we will quote the actual build rather than a range.
- Can you work with our venue's in-house AV department?
- Yes. Some venues require their in-house team for rigging, power or house sound. We work inside those rules routinely, take on the parts we are permitted to provide, and manage the coordination so responsibilities are settled before load-in day rather than on it.
- How far ahead should we book?
- For a standard corporate meeting, a few weeks is usually workable. For anything with LED, rigging, multi-room breakouts or a live stream — especially in the busy spring and fall windows — book as early as your dates are firm, and we will hold crew and inventory against them.
