Specialized production
Gala and Awards Show Production in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
What we do
A gala is a show with a timeline, not a dinner with a microphone. Honoree videos, a live auction, a program that must clear before dessert, and a room where every table needs to hear and see — we produce them as a run of show, cue by cue.
Awards shows and honoree programs
As an awards show production company we build around the moment of recognition: an LED or projection package that carries the honoree video and the name reveal, stage lighting that flatters people on a stage and on camera, a podium and audio package that keeps every speaker intelligible across a full ballroom, and a show caller running the cues so presenters, video and lighting land together.
We also handle the parts that get discovered late — walk-up music, a lower third for each honoree, a hold cue for applause, and a plan for the speaker who goes four minutes long.
Nonprofit galas
Nonprofit gala production in Washington, D.C. and gala event production across Maryland come with a specific pressure: the technical budget competes directly with the mission. We scope galas honestly — we will tell you where money makes a visible difference (audio coverage, honoree video, stage lighting) and where it does not, and we design a package that fits the number rather than padding it.
Where a paddle raise or live auction is part of the evening, the audio and screen package is built specifically to support it, because that segment is where the room's attention has to be absolute.
Capture and reuse
Multi-camera capture with a clean program feed gives you a record of the evening you can actually use — honoree reels, a highlight cut for next year's campaign, and a stream for supporters who could not attend.

Common questions
- Do you produce nonprofit galas on a limited budget?
- Yes, and we scope them honestly. Audio coverage, stage lighting and the honoree video package are where spending shows on the night; there are places we will actively recommend cutting. Tell us the number and we will design to it rather than quoting a package you did not ask for.
- Can you handle a live auction or paddle raise?
- Yes. That segment gets a purpose-built audio and screen plan — wireless coverage for the auctioneer, a screen that keeps the ask and the totals visible from every table, and an operator dedicated to it.
- Do you provide the honoree video and the graphics?
- We handle playback, lower thirds, name reveals and the show graphics package, and we can record the honoree pieces. If you are producing the video content elsewhere, we take delivery, conform it and cue it.
- Which markets do you cover for galas?
- Washington, D.C. ballrooms, Baltimore, National Harbor, Bethesda, Annapolis and the wider Maryland and Northern Virginia region, all from our Maryland base.
