Specialized production
LED Wall Rental in Maryland, Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
What we do
We own our LED inventory — panels, processing, rigging and the crew that builds it. That is the difference between an LED wall rental that shows up as promised and one that depends on a sub-rental from a third vendor whose truck is somewhere else that morning.
What we build
Ground-supported or flown LED walls sized to the room, from a single presentation screen behind a lectern to a wide format wall with side panels for a general session or a gala. We handle the pixel pitch decision against viewing distance, the processing and scaling so content maps correctly, the content prep so your deck and video assets fill the canvas properly, and the operator running it live.
LED is not always the right answer. In a bright ballroom with a large audience it usually is; in a small breakout with a fixed budget, projection often delivers more screen per dollar. We will tell you which one your room actually needs.
Staging, lighting and sound in the same order
An LED wall rarely travels alone. We are also a staging company and a sound and event lighting rental source, so decking and risers, stage skirting, line array or point-source PA, wireless microphones, stage wash and uplighting can all come from the same order, on the same truck, with one crew responsible for making them work together.
Local delivery across the DMV
LED wall rental in Baltimore, LED screen rental in Washington, D.C., and video wall builds anywhere across Maryland and Northern Virginia are all served from our Maryland warehouse. Local basing means we can do a site visit to check power, rigging points and sightlines before quoting rather than discovering a problem on load-in day.
What comes with it
LED panels
Indoor panels in multiple pixel pitches, sized and configured to your room and content.
Processing
Scaling, switching and redundancy so content maps cleanly and a single failure does not black the wall.
Rigging or ground support
Flown from certified points or ground-stacked, engineered for the venue's limits.
Content prep
Canvas sizing and asset conversion so decks and video fill the wall correctly.
Operator
A technician running the wall live, not a screen left unattended.
Staging and audio
Decking, risers, PA, mics and lighting available on the same order.
Common questions
- How much does LED wall rental cost in Maryland or D.C.?
- It is driven by wall size, pixel pitch, how it is supported, and how many days you hold the room. A modest presentation wall with a one-day build is a very different number from a wide-format flown wall with content prep and a two-day install. Give us the venue, dates and the size you have in mind and we will price the actual build.
- Do you own your LED or sub-rent it?
- We own our panels, processing and rigging, and our own crew builds and operates them. Owned inventory removes the biggest scheduling risk on a show date and keeps one company accountable for the video system.
- Should we use LED or projection?
- Ambient light and audience distance decide it. Bright ballrooms, large audiences and hero brand moments favor LED. Darker rooms, smaller budgets and wide-but-shallow content often favor projection. We will recommend against LED when your room does not need it.
- Can you install a wall in a venue with tight access or no rigging points?
- Usually yes, with ground support. That is exactly what a site visit resolves — we check the freight path, the floor loading, the power available and the rigging capacity before committing to a design.
