University Event and Commencement Production Services

What we do

Commencement is a one-take show in a difficult room, watched by families around the world. We produce campus ceremonies with the audio, video and streaming built for exactly that.

Ceremonies that run once

Arena and field house audio designed for intelligibility in a reverberant space, LED or projection so families in the upper bowl can see faces, a name reading workflow that keeps the card, the reader and the screen in sync, and a multi-camera cut that gets every graduate's crossing.

Streaming for families who cannot attend

Campus ceremonies stream to YouTube or the university platform with clean program audio, captions where required, and a recording delivered afterward for the archive and for families who watched in another time zone.
